Constantinos Kalamaras

Constantinos, the Director of Ingegnere Ex Machina, is a civil engineer with an academic foundation from the National Technical University of Athens and a master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Illinois Urbana–Champaign. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he maintains a strong interest in contracts, arbitration, and mediation, bringing valuable insight into project coordination and dispute avoidance.

He is also a certified drone pilot, integrating advanced aerial inspections and 3D modeling into the construction domain to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and project visibility. His professional experience includes working as a Site Engineer in London on residential developments, as well as many years as a Project Engineer across residential and commercial projects—most notably contributing to the development of Paralimni Marina. Constantinos combines technical expertise with practical field experience to lead IEM with precision, innovation, and integrity.
